Name, position, traditional council, email address, mobile number and any details you choose to include in a submission.

How we use it

To verify claims, publish approved directory information, respond to you, and — where you have indicated interest — to share information about digital council administration.

Your rights under POPIA

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

Directory information

Council contact details published in the directory are office contact details, not personal contact details. Councils may request removal or correction at any time.
